A delicious and creamy pasta dish featuring fresh mushrooms, garlic, and a sprinkle of parmesan.
Preparation Time: 25 minutes
Serving Size: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 250 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or penne)
- 200 g fresh mushrooms
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 100 ml cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 50 g parmesan cheese (grated)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water. Drain and reserve a little cooking water.
2. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Slice the mushrooms.
3. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sautéing for about 2-3 minutes until soft.
4. Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook until golden brown and the moisture has evaporated.
5. Pour the cream into the mushroom mixture and stir well. Let it simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix. If needed, use some reserved cooking water to create a creamier texture.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Serve the pasta topped with grated parmesan and fresh parsley.
