A delightful and easy-to-make meal perfect for a picnic on the sunny coast.

Serving Size: 4 people

Ingredients:

- 1 baguette
- 150 g cheese (e.g., brie or cheddar)
- 100 g ham or smoked salmon
- 1 avocado
- 1 tomato
- 1 cucumber
- 50 g salad leaves
- 100 ml hummus
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Slice the baguette into pieces and place them on a serving platter.
2. Spread hummus on each slice of baguette.
3. Slice the cheese, ham, or salmon and place on top of the hummus.
4. Cut the avocado, tomato, and cucumber into slices. Add them on top of the fillings.
5. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and olive oil over the vegetables.
6. Add salad leaves and garnish with fresh basil or parsley.
7. Serve immediately or pack the snacks into a picnic basket.
