Delicious parmesan brioche buns are the perfect savory snack for any celebration. These soft and rich buns are made with a careful blend of butter, eggs, and dough.

Ingredients:

- 500 g all-purpose flour
- 25 g fresh yeast
- 250 ml milk
- 100 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 150 g parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 egg (for brushing)

Instructions:

1. Warm the milk until it is lukewarm and dissolve the yeast in it.
2. Add sugar, salt, and 2 eggs to the milk mixture. Mix well.
3. Gradually add the flour to the mixture. Incorporate the melted butter and knead the dough for about 10 minutes.
4. Add the grated parmesan cheese to the dough and knead for a few more minutes.
5. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in a cool place for about 1 hour.
6. Once the dough has risen, divide it into 12 pieces and shape them into round buns.
7. Place the buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let them rise again for about 30 minutes.
8. Brush the buns with the remaining egg and bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 20-25 minutes until they are beautifully golden brown.
9. Allow the buns to cool before serving.
