These delicious snacks are a perfect choice for munching or a light meal. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g rice noodles- 100 ml soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 bell pepper, julienned
- 100 g green beans
- 2 spring onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions:
1. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions and drain.2. Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, crushed garlic, and grated ginger in a bowl.
3. Heat a little oil in a pan and add the julienned carrots, bell pepper, and green beans. Sauté for about 5 minutes.
4. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and pour the sauce over. Mix well.
5. Sauté for a few more minutes until all ingredients are heated through and well combined.
6. Serve the dishes garnished with chopped spring onions and sesame seeds.
