A delicious and crispy chicken dish filled with garlic and parsley butter. Preparation time: 30 minutes
Serving size: 4
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 100 g butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 dl fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 dl breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 dl oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Melt the butter and mix in the minced garlic and chopped parsley.
2. Cut the chicken breast fillets open so they can be opened like a book.
3. Spread the butter mixture inside the chicken fillets and season with salt and pepper.
4. Fold the fillets back together and press them tightly.
5. Prepare three plates: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
6. Dredge the chicken fillets first in flour, then in eggs, and finally in breadcrumbs.
7. Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the chicken on both sides until golden brown.
8. Transfer the fried chicken to the oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 10 minutes to ensure they are cooked through.
9. Serve warm with potatoes or a salad.
