Ingredients:
- Potatoes (as needed)
- Aromatic salt
- Butter or margarine
- Lemon juice
- Milk
- Leeks
- Water for boiling
- A couple of garlic cloves
Instructions:
1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into chunks.
2. Place the potatoes in a pot and cover them with water. Add a pinch of aromatic salt.
3. Boil the potatoes for about 15-20 minutes until they are tender.
4. Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves and leeks.
