Ingredients:
- 3 eggs - 2 mushrooms
- About 100 g goat cheese
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Paprika
Instructions:
1. Lightly whisk the eggs in a bowl.2. Sauté chopped mushrooms in olive oil in a frying pan until soft.
3. Pour the egg mixture over the mushrooms and cook until the omelette is golden yellow.
4. Fold the omelette in half and add goat cheese as filling.
