Ingredients
- 1 liter of water - 3 chicken broth cubes
- A couple of handfuls of baby spinach
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 carrots, thinly sliced
- 1 package of thawed shrimp
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Dried noodles (to preference)
- Sriracha sauce (or other hot sauce)
Instructions
1. Heat the water in a pot and add the chicken broth cubes. Let the broth simmer.2. Meanwhile, chop the bell pepper and carrots into thin slices.
3. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions.
4. Once the chicken broth is hot, prepare the bowls. Place shrimp, baby spinach, bell pepper, carrot slices, and avocado slices at the bottom of each bowl.
5. Pour the hot chicken broth over the ingredients in each bowl.
6. Add the cooked noodles to the bowls.
7. Finish the dish with sriracha sauce and enjoy hot.
