A delicious ramen noodle soup that combines flavorful ingredients and a rich broth, perfect for warming the heart and body. Ideal for a weeknight meal or a weekend treat. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 4 servings of ramen noodles- 1 liter of chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon miso paste
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cm ginger, grated
- 200 g chicken breast, diced
- 2 boiled eggs
- 100 g bamboo shoots
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 bunch of fresh cilantro
- Chili, to taste
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
1. In a pot, heat the chicken broth and add soy sauce, miso paste, garlic, and ginger. Let it simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.2. Add the diced chicken to the broth and cook until fully cooked (about 5-7 minutes).
3. Cook the ramen noodles separately according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
4. Once the chicken is cooked, season the broth with salt, pepper, and chili to taste.
5. Divide the noodles into four bowls and pour the hot broth with chicken over them.
6. Garnish the bowls with boiled eggs, bamboo shoots, green onions, and fresh cilantro.
