Ingredients:

- 200 g ramen noodles
- 1 liter chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon miso paste
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 cm piece of ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 100 g bok choy or other green vegetable
- 100 g tofu or other protein (e.g., chicken)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Chili sauce to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions:

1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
2. Heat the chicken or vegetable broth in a pot. Add the crushed garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, and miso paste. Let the broth simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
3. Add the bok choy and tofu to the broth and cook for a few more minutes until the bok choy is tender.
4. Place the cooked noodles into bowls and pour the broth and toppings over the noodles.
5. Halve the hard-boiled eggs and place them in the bowls. Garnish with chopped green onions, sesame seeds, and chili sauce.
