Ingredients:
- 200 g noodles
- 300 g pork (e.g., ribs or pork shoulder)
- 1 l chicken broth
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp miso paste
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 cm ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 boiled eggs
- 100 g green vegetables (e.g., spinach or bok choy)
- Chili powder to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
2. Heat the chicken broth in a pot.
3. Add the pork, soy sauce, miso paste, crushed garlic, and grated ginger to the broth. Simmer on low heat for about 15-20 minutes until the meat is tender.
4. Add the green vegetables and green onions to the broth. Simmer for a few more minutes.
5. Serve the noodles in deep bowls and pour the hot broth with pork over the top.
6. Garnish with boiled eggs, chili powder, and sesame seeds.
