Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 4 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp almond milk (or other plant-based milk)
Instructions:
1. Melt the dark chocolate gently in a double boiler or microwave.
2. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
3. Add the melted chocolate, cocoa powder, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, salt, and almond milk to the blender with the avocados.
4. Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
5. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
6. Divide the mousse into serving bowls and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
7. Serve with berries or nuts if desired. Enjoy!
