Ingredients

- 1 cup feta cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 red bell peppers
- 1 leek
- 1 cucumber
- 500 g marinated chicken strips
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning

Instructions

1. In a skillet, brown the chicken strips and add the poultry seasoning.
2. Transfer the chicken strips to a plate and let them cool.
3. Wash and slice the leek, bell peppers, and cucumber.
4. Place the sliced vegetables in a salad bowl.
5. Add the feta cheese and the cooled chicken strips to the salad.
6. Mix the ingredients well and serve.
