These thick and moist pancakes are the perfect treat for brunch or a weekend breakfast.
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: 4-6 pancakes
Ingredients:
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 dl milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Butter for frying
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
2. Add the milk and egg, and stir until you have a smooth batter.
3. Stir in the melted butter until well combined.
4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little butter.
5. Pour the batter onto the pan in your desired portion sizes.
6. Cook the pancakes for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they are golden brown.
7. Serve warm with maple syrup, fresh berries, or jam.
