A delicious vanilla cream cake that's perfect for celebrations or weekend indulgence. The fluffy vanilla filling will make your mouth water!
Preparation Time: 30 minutes + 4 hours chilling time
Serving Size: 8-10 servings
Ingredients:
- 2.5 sheets of gelatin
- 500 ml heavy cream
- 1 vanilla bean
- 50 g sugar
Instructions:
1. Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for about 5-10 minutes.
2. Whip the heavy cream and sugar in a bowl until soft peaks form.
3. Split the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape the seeds into the cream.
4. Heat a small portion of the cream in a saucepan and dissolve the softened gelatin in it, mixing well.
5. Gently combine the gelatin mixture with the whipped cream.
6. Pour the mixture into a mold and allow it to chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
7. Serve the cake as desired, for example, with berries or chocolate sauce.
