Ingredients:
- Cabbage
- Vegetable bouillon cube
- Smoked meat roll
- Apple
- Onion
- Horseradish
- Cheese
Instructions:
1. Shred the cabbage and finely chop the onion.
2. Heat a little oil in a pan and sauté the onion until soft.
3. Add the shredded cabbage to the pan and cook for a few minutes.
4. Crumble the vegetable bouillon cube into the cabbage and add enough water to cook the cabbage.
5. Peel and chop the apple into small pieces, then add it to the pan.
6. Slice the smoked meat roll into thin pieces and add it to the pan.
7. Grate the horseradish and mix it in.
8. Let it simmer on low heat until the cabbage is tender and all the flavors meld together.
9. Serve topped with grated cheese.
