Serving Size: 4-6 servings

Ingredients:

- 500 g fish (such as salmon or cod)
- 1 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 dl cream
- 1 egg
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying

Instructions:

1. Finely chop the fish with a knife or use a blender until it is finely minced.
2. Heat oil in a skillet and sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
3. In a bowl, combine the minced fish, sautéed onions and garlic, breadcrumbs, cream, egg, lemon juice, and dill. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Form small balls from the mixture.
5. Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish balls for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
6. Remove the fish balls and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
7. Serve warm, ideally with a salad or dipping sauce.
