Ingredients:

- 4 fish fillets (such as pike perch or perch)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 cup fresh herbs (such as parsley, basil)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cream
- 100 g grated cheese (such as Parmesan)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Rinse the fish fillets and pat them dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet and add the crushed garlic. Sauté for a moment.
4. Add the fish fillets to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they are golden brown.
5. Squeeze lemon juice over the fish and add the fresh herbs. Let it simmer in the skillet for another 2 minutes.
6. Transfer the fish to a baking dish, pour the cream over them, and sprinkle with grated cheese.
7. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
8. Serve warm with boiled potatoes or salad.
