Beef Delight with Fresh Vegetables

A delicious pan-seared beef tenderloin served with sautéed fresh vegetables. Preparation Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients:
- 500 g beef tenderloin
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 200 g fresh vegetables (e.g. broccoli, carrots, bell pepper)
Instructions:
1. Take the beef tenderloin out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking.
2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Season the beef tenderloin with salt and pepper.
4. Add the beef to the skillet and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side until a nice brown crust forms.
5. Add the crushed garlic and chopped rosemary to the skillet during the last minute of cooking.
6. Remove the meat from the skillet and wrap it in foil to rest for about 10 minutes.
7. In the same skillet, add the fresh vegetables and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are cooked but still crisp.
8. Slice the beef tenderloin and serve it alongside the sautéed vegetables.
