A delicious devil's jam that is both sweet and mildly spicy. This jam pairs perfectly with various dishes such as pasta bake, pizza, sausage soup, and ground meat sauce.
Preparation Time: 1 hour
Serving Size: About 4-5 jars

Ingredients:

- 4 bell peppers
- 4 tomatoes
- 8 garlic cloves (at least 6)
- ½ habanero
- 1 onion
- ½ kg jam sugar
- ½ dl vinegar
- (water)
- salt
- black pepper

Instructions:

1. Blanch the tomatoes and chop them into small pieces.
2. Also chop the bell peppers, garlic, habanero, and onion into small bits.
3. Sauté the vegetables in a pan for about half an hour until they soften.
4. Add the spices, vinegar, and jam sugar to the pan. Mix well.
5. Add water as needed to prevent the mixture from sticking to the bottom.
6. Let the mixture simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
7. Jar the jam into clean glass jars, let it cool, and transfer to the refrigerator.
Enjoy the jam a few days later and make a new batch when the previous one is finished!
