Ingredients
- ½ tsp black pepper - ½ tsp turmeric
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 1-2 dl beans
- ½ tsp thyme
- ½ tsp rosemary
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- 5 dl water + 1 chicken stock cube
- 2 dl rice
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 dl shrimp
- ½ onion
- ½ tsp curry
Instructions
1. Dry the chicken breast fillets and cut them into eight pieces. 2. Finely chop the onion.
3. Heat the oil in a wok pan over medium heat.
4. Add the chicken pieces to the pan and fry until golden brown.
5. Add the chopped onion and sauté until soft.
6. Stir in the rice, black pepper, turmeric, thyme, rosemary, cayenne pepper, and curry. Mix well.
7. Pour in the water and add the chicken stock cube. Stir and bring to a boil.
8. Add the beans and shrimp. Cover the pan and simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes, until the rice is cooked.
9. Serve warm and enjoy!
