A rich and indulgent chocolate cake that is perfect for any occasion. Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a double boiler or microwave. Stir until well combined.
2. Add the sugar to the melted chocolate and butter mixture, mixing until smooth.
3. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. Sift in the flour, vanilla sugar, and salt. Gently fold until all ingredients are combined.
5. Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan.
6. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cake is set but still slightly moist in the center.
7. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Enjoy it plain or with whipped cream or ice cream.
