Ingredients:
- ½ teaspoon rosemary
- 2 tablespoons oil
- A pinch of cayenne pepper
- ½ onion
- ¼ teaspoon thyme
- ½ teaspoon curry
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 chicken breast fillets
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Finely chop the onion and add it to the pan, cooking until soft.
3. Add the chicken breast fillets to the pan and cook until golden brown on both sides.
4. Stir in the rosemary, thyme, curry, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.
5. Allow to cook for a few more minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.
6. Serve warm with your choice of side dishes.
