Ingredients:
- 200 g fresh spinach - 1 avocado
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 100 g feta cheese
- 50 g nuts (such as walnuts or almonds)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Rinse and dry the spinach thoroughly. 2. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and slice it.
3. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
4. Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces.
5. Lightly toast the nuts in a frying pan without oil.
6. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
7. In a large bowl, combine the spinach, avocado, tomatoes, feta cheese, and nuts.
8. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
