Ingredients

- 350 g flour
- 2 dl warm water
- 1 packet dry yeast
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- A pinch of salt
- 150 g grated cheese (e.g., Parmesan or cheddar)

Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix together the flour, dry yeast, sugar, and salt.
2. Add the warm water and olive oil. Mix well until the dough is smooth.
3. Incorporate the grated cheese into the dough and knead well.
4. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.
5. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
6. Shape the dough into a loaf and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the bread is beautifully golden brown.
8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
