This delicious roasted pudding is easy to make and is conveniently portable in a glass jar. A perfect choice for picnics or treat moments!
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 dl milk
- 2 dl cream
- 1 dl sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1/2 dl cocoa powder
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. In a bowl, mix together the milk, cream, sugar, eggs, and vanilla sugar until well combined.
3. Add the cocoa powder and a pinch of salt to the mixture, and stir until smooth.
4. Pour the mixture into small glass jars, leaving some space at the top.
5. Place the jars in a baking dish and pour hot water into the dish until it reaches halfway up the sides of the jars.
6. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the pudding is set.
7. Allow to cool at room temperature, then transfer to the refrigerator before serving.
