Ingredients:
- 50 g shredded cheese
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 egg white
- 2 slices of white bread (not freshly baked)
Instructions:

2. Add the shredded cheese to the melted butter and mix well.
3. Incorporate the egg white into the mixture and stir until smooth.
