A fantastic and easy side dish for meat dishes, perfect for a buffet. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 medium cauliflower- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 50 grams grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).2. Wash and cut the cauliflower into small florets.
3. In a bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
4. Add the cauliflower florets to the oil mixture and toss well to coat.
5. Spread the cauliflower onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Roast in the oven for about 20 minutes, until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy.
7. Remove the cauliflower from the oven and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
8. Roast for an additional 5-7 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden.
9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
