Ingredients:
- 1 large cauliflower
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (or 180°C for fan oven).
2. Wash and cut the cauliflower into small florets.
3. Place the cauliflower florets in a bowl and add the olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well.
4. Arrange the seasoned cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. In a separate bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs, then sprinkle the mixture over the cauliflower.
6. Roast in the oven for about 25-30 minutes until the cauliflower is tender and the top is beautifully golden brown.
7. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley if desired before serving.
