Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g. penne or fusilli)
- 150 g diced ham
- 200 g shredded cheese (e.g. cheddar or mozzarella)
- 100 ml cream
- 100 ml milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh herbs (e.g. parsley or basil) for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced ham and cook for a few minutes until slightly browned.
3. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the ham and stir well.
4. Pour in the cream and milk. Add salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
5. Stir in the shredded cheese and mix until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes creamy.
