A delicious and hearty breakfast option that combines sweet caramelized pears with creamy oatmeal.

Serving Size: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- Caramelized Pears:
- 1 pear
- 1 tablespoon vegan margarine
- 1 tablespoon coconut or brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- Oatmeal:
- 2 dl large rolled oats
- Approximately 5 dl oat milk
- A pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 2 dl Turkish oat yogurt
Instructions:
1. Start by caramelizing the pear. Peel and chop the pear into bite-sized pieces.
2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the vegan margarine. Add the pear pieces, coconut or brown sugar, and vanilla sugar. Cook until the pears are soft and caramelized. Set aside.
3. Prepare the oatmeal. In a saucepan, pour in the oat milk and add a pinch of salt. Heat until boiling.
4. Stir in the rolled oats and mix well. Cook on low heat for about 5-10 minutes, until the oatmeal thickens.
5. Remove the oatmeal from heat and stir in the almond butter.
6. Serve the oatmeal in bowls and top with the caramelized pears and Turkish oat yogurt.
7. Enjoy warm!
