Ingredients:
- 800 g new potatoes
- 1-2 spring onions (or red onion)
- Fresh dill
- 200 g cold smoked salmon
- Sea salt to taste
- Butter for frying
Instructions:
1. Boil the new potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes depending on the size.
2. Drain the cooked potatoes and let them cool slightly.
3. Slice the spring onions thinly and chop the dill finely.
4. Heat a frying pan and add butter, allowing it to melt.
5. Add the potatoes to the pan and fry until they are golden brown. Season with sea salt.
6. Add the spring onions and dill to the pan, mix well, and fry for a little longer.
7. Serve the potatoes with cold smoked salmon and garnish the dish with fresh dill.
