A delicious and easy summer dish that comes together quickly. This side perfectly complements smoked fish.

Ingredients:
- 1 kg new potatoes
- 50 g butter
- 3 spring onions, chopped
- 1/2 dl chives, chopped
- 1 dl dill, chopped
- 1 tub (120 g) sour cream
- Salt, to taste
Instructions:
1. Boil the washed potatoes in salted water until tender.
2. Drain the water and melt the butter over the potatoes.
3. Add the chopped spring onions, chives, and dill to the pot.
4. Stir in the sour cream and season with a pinch of salt.
5. Cover the pot and shake vigorously to combine all the ingredients.
