- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit).
2. Prepare a baking tray and pour the olive oil at the bottom.
3. Season the roast with salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, thyme, and rosemary.
4. Place the seasoned roast into the oil in the baking tray.
5. Bake in the oven for about 30-40 minutes or until the meat reaches your desired doneness (75 degrees Celsius for chicken, 65 degrees Celsius for beef).
6. Remove the roast from the oven and let it rest for about 5-10 minutes before slicing.
