Yorkshire Pudding

A delicious, fluffy side dish perfect for any roast dinner. Preparation Time: 1 hour
Serving Size: Makes 12 puddings
Ingredients:
- 4 large eggs
- 1.5 dl whole milk
- 1.5 dl water
- 150 g all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Vegetable oil for baking
- 12-cup metal muffin tin
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, crack the eggs and add the milk and water.
2. Sift in the flour and salt, then whisk until the ingredients are well combined.
3. Cover the bowl and let the batter rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
4. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
5. Pour about 5 mm of vegetable oil into each cup of the muffin tin and place the tin in the oven to heat for 10 minutes.
6. Stir the batter and carefully pour it into the hot oil-filled cups, filling them halfway.
7. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes until the puddings are golden and well risen.
8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
