This Yorkshire pudding recipe is quick and simple, perfect for Sunday dinner or breakfast.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 6 large or 12 regular muffin-sized

Ingredients:

- 3 eggs
- 1 ½ cups milk (not skim)
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour or gluten-free flour blend
- 2 tablespoons oil
- A pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F) and place a muffin tin inside to heat up.
2. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend for about 1 minute. If you don’t have a blender, whisk the mixture vigorously for 2-3 minutes.
3. Grease the muffin tin and pour the mixture into the compartments.
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes. If needed, reduce the temperature to 180°C (356°F) towards the end of baking.
5. Do not open the oven door while baking.
