Ingredients:
- 800 g new potatoes - 2 dl sour cream
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 dl fresh chives, chopped
- 1 dl fresh dill, chopped
Instructions:
1. Wash the new potatoes thoroughly and boil them in salted water until tender (about 15-20 minutes). 2. Drain the cooked potatoes and place them in a large bowl.
3. Add sour cream, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to the potatoes.
4. Gently mix to combine, being careful not to crush the potatoes.
5. Stir in the chopped chives and dill, mixing again until well combined.
6. Serve immediately while warm as a side dish to grilled meats.
