Ingredients:
- 2 glasses of Tempranillo wine
- 4 slices of toasted bread
- 100 g Manchego cheese
- 100 g cured ham (e.g., jamón serrano)
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- Fresh basil
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
2. Slice the tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.
3. Top the toasted bread with tomato slices, Manchego cheese, and cured ham.
4. Optionally, add fresh basil on top of the bread.
5. Drizzle olive oil over the bread before serving.
6. Pour glasses of Tempranillo wine and serve alongside the breakfast.
