Ingredients

For the Chicken Burgers:
- 600 g ground chicken
- 2 spring onions, sliced thin
- ½ bunch of cilantro, chopped
- 1 chili, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
For the Taco-Spiced Wedges:
- 800 g potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- Salt to taste

Instructions

1. Peel and wash the potatoes. Cut them into wedges and place them in a bowl.
2. Add olive oil, taco seasoning, and salt to the potatoes. Mix well to coat.
3. Spread the potato wedges on a baking sheet and bake at 200°C for about 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
4. Meanwhile, combine ground chicken, spring onions, cilantro, chili, grated ginger, crushed garlic, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Mix the ingredients well.
5. Shape the mixture into burger patties using oiled hands.
6. Heat a pan or grill and cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
7. Serve the chicken burgers with fresh vegetables and your choice of sides alongside the potato wedges.
