Ingredients:
- 400 g beef tenderloin - 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 200 g chanterelle mushrooms, cleaned
- 150 g green beans
- 100 ml red wine (e.g., Durius Tempranillo)
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. 2. Season the beef tenderloin with salt, black pepper, crushed garlic, and rosemary.
3. Sear the meat in the skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side until medium rare. Remove the skillet from the heat and let the meat rest under foil.
4. Add chanterelle mushrooms to the skillet and sauté until golden brown.
5. Add green beans to the skillet and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
6. Pour red wine into the skillet and simmer until the liquid reduces by half. Add butter and stir until melted.
7. Serve the beef with chanterelle mushrooms and green beans.
