Grillikunkut: Slow Food Pulled Pork

Ingredients:
- 1.5 kg pork shoulder - 2 tbsp smoking chips
- 1 dl BBQ sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 6-8 large buns
- 2 zucchini
- 200 g grilling cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for grilling
Instructions:
1. Prepare the pork shoulder: Season it with salt and pepper. Place the smoking chips in the grill and smoke the pork shoulder for about 5-6 hours until it is fully cooked and easily shredded. 2. Prepare the BBQ sauce and brush it over the smoked pork once it’s ready.
3. Lightly grill the large buns until they have a nice color.
4. Slice the zucchinis and grilling cheese. Grill them until soft and nicely charred.
5. Assemble the dish: Place the pulled pork between the bun halves, add the grilled zucchini and grilling cheese.
6. Serve immediately while warm.
