A delicious and rich soup made with fresh mushrooms, perfect for a cozy meal.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 g fresh mushrooms (such as chanterelles or porcini)
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 300 ml vegetable or chicken broth
- 200 ml cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the onion and garlic.
2. Clean the mushrooms and chop them into small pieces.
3. Heat the butter in a pot over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, and sauté for about 5 minutes until they are soft.
4. Add the mushrooms to the pot and cook for about 10 minutes until they are tender and the moisture has evaporated.
5. Pour in the vegetable or chicken broth and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
6. Add the cream and heat the soup for a few more minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Serve the soup garnished with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
