Ingredients
- 1 liter apple cider- 1 vanilla bean
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 piece of dried orange peel
- 1 piece of dried ginger
- 1 nutmeg
- 4 cloves
- 1 teaspoon cardamom
- 50-100 ml honey or brown sugar
Instructions
1. Pour the apple cider into a pot.2. Add all the spices whole along with the honey.
3. Heat the mixture over low heat, covered, stirring occasionally until the honey has dissolved.
4. Remove the mulled cider from heat and let it steep under the lid for about five minutes.
5. Strain the spices from the drink and pour it into a serving pitcher.
6. Serve the warm apple cider mulled wine immediately.
