Serving Size: About 0.7 liters
Ingredients:
- 0.7 liters gin
- 8 star anise
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- 20 cloves
- Zest of 1 orange (peeled with a vegetable peeler)
- 100 g coconut sugar
- 100 g cranberries
Instructions:
1. Measure all ingredients into a saucepan.
2. Heat the mixture over low heat until the coconut sugar dissolves, ensuring it does not boil.
3. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
4. Strain the liquid and bottle it in a clean container. You can add the star anise, cinnamon sticks, and cloves back into the bottle for decoration.
5. Let the mulled gin infuse for about two weeks before serving, but it tastes great right after preparation.
