A delicious apple pie filled with creamy curd and spiced with cinnamon. A perfect choice for a sweet snack or dessert.

Ingredients

- 75 g butter
- ½ dl syrup
- 1 egg
- 2½-3 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 green apples
- sugar and cinnamon (to taste)
- 1 can of cottage cheese
- ½ dl cream
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp orange juice

Instructions

1. Cream together the butter and egg until smooth.
2. Add the syrup and flour, mixing until a dough forms.
3. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for a short time.
4. Grease and flour a pie dish.
5. Roll out the dough and spread it in the prepared dish.
6. Peel and slice the green apples, then sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
7. Prepare the filling by mixing the cottage cheese, cream, egg, sugar, and orange juice until smooth.
8. Pour the filling over the apple slices.
9. Bake at 180 °C (350 °F) for about 30-40 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
