Ingredients:

- 500 g chicken fillets
- 200 g rice
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bell pepper
- 200 g green beans
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 500 ml chicken or vegetable broth
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Dice the bell pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
3. Add the chicken fillets to the skillet and cook until golden brown. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
4. Add the diced bell pepper and green beans to the skillet. Sauté for a few more minutes.
5. Stir in the rice and mix well. Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
6. Reduce the heat, cover with a lid, and let simmer for about 15-20 minutes or until the rice is cooked and the liquid is absorbed.
7. Remove from heat and let it sit covered for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
