A perfect combination of delicious beer and savory beef, ideal for celebrating Father's Day or a relaxed Friday night. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 2 bottles of your favorite beer
- 300 g beef (e.g., steak strips)
- 1 large onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 200 g pickles
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 4 buns (e.g., hamburger buns)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Arugula or other salad greens
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the onion and garlic.
2. Heat a frying pan and add a bit of oil. Add the onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
3. Add the beef strips to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook until the meat is done.
4. Lightly toast the buns in the oven or on the pan.
5. Assemble the burgers: place the beef patty on the bottom of the bun, top with a slice of cheddar cheese and pickles. Add arugula.
6. Serve the burgers alongside chilled beer.
