A delicious Sunday evening snack that combines crispy ciabatta and flavorful bacon butter. Perfect for relaxing with friends or family. Preparation Time: 1.5 hours (includes rising)

Ingredients:
Ciabatta: - 2 cups wheat beer or water
- 1 packet fresh yeast
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup Ciabatta flour
- 1 cup organic whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- About 1/2 cup olive oil
Bacon Butter:
- 1/2 packet well-cooked, crumbled bacon
- About 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1 tablespoon finely grated Parmesan cheese
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm liquid (wheat beer or water) and add honey. Let it dissolve. 2. Gradually mix in both flours and salt until the dough is firm.
3. Drizzle in olive oil and knead until the dough no longer sticks to your fingers.
4. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about an hour.
5. Shape the dough into elongated loaves and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Preheat the oven to 475°F (250°C) and allow the loaves to rise under a cloth at the same time.
7. Bake the loaves in the oven for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
8. Prepare the bacon butter by mixing crumbled bacon, softened butter, grated Parmesan, and pepper together.
9. Split the warm ciabatta rolls in half and fill them generously with bacon butter.
10. Allow to cool slightly before enjoying. Serve with beer.
