Ingredients:

- 500 g salmon fillet
- 200 g potatoes
- 150 g asparagus
- 100 g cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish

Instructions:

1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and keep warm.
2. Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper, and cook it in the pan for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
3. Add the asparagus to the pan and sauté for the last few minutes of the salmon cooking until they are slightly tender.
4. Pour the cream into the pan and squeeze in the lemon juice. Bring to a quick boil.
5. Serve the salmon, potatoes, and asparagus on a plate. Drizzle the sauce on top and garnish with fresh dill.
