These oatmeal cookies are a delicious and healthy option for satisfying sweet cravings. They are easy to make and perfect for a snack or enjoyed with coffee. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 12 cookies
Ingredients:
- 2 dl rolled oats
- 1 dl whole wheat flour
- 0.5 dl sugar (or sweetener)
- 0.5 dl butter (or vegetable oil)
- 1 dl milk (or plant-based milk)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a bowl, mix the rolled oats, whole wheat flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt.
3. Melt the butter and add it to the mixture along with the milk. Stir well.
4. Shape the dough into small balls and flatten them lightly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake the cookies in the oven for about 10-12 minutes or until they are golden brown.
6. Allow to cool before serving.
